Founder of Media Ranch, second-generation producer Sophie is an entertainment executive with a stellar reputation and 30+ years in the business of international programming. Her expertise in global format creation, production, and distribution has grown Media Ranch exponentially with an ever-growing library of over 100 formats. In September 2023, GRB Studios and Media Ranch joined the distribution arms of their globally respected brands to create one powerful entity for which Sophie is President and Co- Principal. Distributing over 5,000 hours of premium entertainment -- from factual to fiction to formats, GRB Media Ranch offers a comprehensive approach to marketing of programming. Sophie is based in Los Angeles and Montreal. Sophie oversees all sales and acquisitions and personally handles the U.K. and U.S. for acquisitions, sales for finished programs, and formats as well as oversees the entire team. She speaks at major events such as: MIPCOM, SXSW. Realscreen Summit, and more. She is a FRAPA Board Advisor, and member and juror of the International Emmy Awards.
