Richard has structured and led some of the most innovative content deals in the entertainment industry, including Shamrock Capital’s Investment in Boardwalk Pictures, Two One Five Entertainment’s investment from The North Road Company, sale of The Saul Zaentz Company’s iconic film library (including One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest) to Teatro della Pace Films, a Paul Zaentz owned movie production company, sale of Middle-earth Enterprises, holder of multiple rights to The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit literary works to Embracer Group, and the sale of Critical Content to
SK Global.
Some of Richard’s other market leading deals include the sale of Mssng Peces to Tribeca Enterprises, The Immigrant to Fremantle Media, Litton Entertainment to Hearst, Renegade to eOne, Pilgrim Studios to Lionsgate, and Orion Entertainment to Red Arrow Entertainment Group. Richard is also a veteran speaker at scripted and unscripted markets across the UK, Europe, and USA. He has appeared on multiple panels at markets including Realscreen Summit, Realscreen West and
RX Global’s MIPCancun.
