Jeff Sagansky has been a long time investor, executive and producer in the entertainment/tech business. Over
the past 12 years Sagansky has co- founded with his partner Harry Sloan nine special purpose acquisition companies, which have acquired and taken public companies including Draft Kings, Target Hospitality, the specialty lodging company, Williams Scotsman, North America’s largest modular office space leasing company and most recently in the largest IPO in biotech history, Gingko Bioworks, the leader in cell engineering. He is the former President of Sony Pictures Entertainment,
where he was in charge of strategic planning and worldwide TV Operations. There he acquired the
Telemundo network and spearheaded the merger of Loew’s Theaters and Cineplex Odeon to create one of
the world’s largest theater companies. He is the former President of CBS Entertainment, where he took the network from last place to ratings leadership in 18 months with shows like Northern Exposure, The Nanny,
 ouched By An Angel and Murphy Brown.

He is the former CEO of TriStar Pictures where he developed hit movies including Steel Magnolias, Look Who’s Talking and Glory. From 1998 to 2002, he served as CEO of Paxson Communications, where he launched the PAX network with family friendly programming. Sagansky also founded Hemisphere Capital to fund tentpole movies including Smurfs, World War Z and Men In Black: International. Sagansky has produced many series and documentaries including TWA Flight 800 and Cost of Silence, as well as the feature film Remember starring Christopher Plummer. Most recently he produced Delhi Crime, a seven hour scripted series for Netflix about the true story of a rape in New Delhi that ignited the victim’s rights movement in India. The show won the international Emmy award for best drama and is in pre-production on its third season.

Mr Sagansky graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Business School and serves on the boards of companies he has taken public including Williams Scotsman, Target Hospitality and Sharecare in addition to private boards including Omio, the European travel ticketing company, Imagine Entertainment, Kapital Entertainment and Bungalow Entertainment. He also
serves on the not for profit boards of the National Parks Conservancy Association and Opendor Media.
