Elif Dagdeviren started to work as a book translator at high school and translated many films and TV serials for TRT (Turkish Radio and Television). After graduation from university, she became a journalist ranging from reporter to editor-in-chief
(Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, etc.). She worked as a columnist, reporter, and interviewer in various principal magazines and newspapers in Turkey. She also hosted her television programs, moderated, and produced several TV programs on mainstream TV
channels. 

Deciding to continue her journalism profession in new media, she became the founding partner and CEO of netbul.com in 1998, one of Turkey's first internet portals. In addition to the search engine, Netbul started the first digital news agency, and the first micro sub-sites for children, women, and lifestyle. While establishing an e-commerce infrastructure, she sold Netbul. This is considered the first national internet content company exit case.

After selling Netbul, she continued her career with Hermes Films she founded in 2005. She became one of the significant film producers in Turkey and produced television programs, arthouse, and box office films including Turkey's Oscar nominee movie Ice
Cream I Scream.

She was also co-founder and former chairman of Istanbul Arena, a concert center with a capacity of 4000 people, one of the largest concert centers in Istanbul. She organized nearly 40 concert organizations, most of them with internationally acclaimed singers and bands.

In 2009 she started her own company, EDGE CCF (Creative Content & Filmmaking)
content, consulting, and production company where she brings all her experiences
together. 

Elif Dağdeviren also has a short film called Russian Roulette which she directed. She also co-founded MANZA.io in 2022, an NFT-based Experiences, Metaverse Content and Management Company, and Zayalife.io, next-generation media. 

As a storyteller, writer, and stage performer, she is still actively traveling and also donates her time as a lecturer on filmmaking, production, journalism, and communication skills at various universities and educational institutions. She is still consulting for various national and international cultural events, especially in cinema, and serves as a jury member.
