Lori York is a respected dealmaker and creative force with over 25 years of experience producing, packaging, and selling premium television and film projects in sports, music and television. As Executive Vice President of Television & Film at Roc Nation for nearly five years, Lori is leading original content development and production, while overseeing on and off camera opportunities for a diverse roster of artists, athletes and sports leagues. 

Before joining Roc Nation, Lori was a partner and agent at ICM overseeing the unscripted department and then an agent at CAA, where she started the CAA Sports’ crossover division. There she represented elite athletes including Cristiano Ronaldo, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, JJ Watt, and Aaron Rodgers among others, guiding them in launching production companies, securing high-value content deals, and bringing original projects to market. Her unique ability to bridge talent representation with content production has established her as a sought-after pioneer in the
entertainment industry.

Some of Lori’s recent credits include serving as Executive Producer on the Amazon Prime documentary Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words and a feature documentary on the McDonald’s All American Game premiering on Amazon Prime March 2026.. She is currently in production on Amazon’s The Greatest, a scripted series chronicling Muhammad Ali’s early years, as well as a documentary about Alicia Keys and Hell’s Kitchen. Lori also produced the award-winning Rise:
The Siya Kolisi Story, an official selection of the Tribeca Film Festival and winner of the 2023 Audience Award. Additional work includes the podcast The Joe&Jada Show, streaming on Netflix. The show features Fat Joe and Jadakiss as hosts talking about sports, music and hip hop culture.

Lori is recognized for her relationships across industries, strategic vision, and advocacy for creators and storytellers in all genres. Lori serves as Chair of the Entertainment Division at the UJA Federation of New York, overseeing the television, sports, marketing and music divisions. The organization supports local and global philanthropic initiatives. She is also on the board of PlayersTV, the first athlete owned media network and fast channel.

A Boston native and graduate of Cornell University, Lori has called New York City home for over two decades. She has run multiple marathons and participates in an annual 2 day cycling event raising money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Maddie and Harry.
