Joe Rivadeneira is a seasoned television executive with almost two decades of experience in developing, producing, and selling premium unscripted content. He specializes in non-scripted formats and talent packaging, with a proven track record of delivering compelling programming across major platforms and networks.

He currently serves as Senior Vice President of development & production at Beyond Productions, where he oversees a diverse slate of projects for leading partners including Amazon, NBCUniversal, HGTV, and Hulu, ID and others.

Previously, Rivadeneira led the premium unscripted slate at Vox Media Studios and Group Nine Studios, forging strategic creative partnerships with Netflix, Hulu, Discovery+, HBO Max, Food Network, and others. Prior to that, he oversaw premium unscripted development at mitú, where he successfully sold original series to Paramount, Netflix, Verizon Go90, Spotify, and Facebook Watch.

Earlier in his career, he held key development roles at Wilshire Studios and FremantleMedia North America, where he contributed to notable series such as The X Factor (FOX), Caraoke Showdown with Craig Robinson (Paramount), The Science of Stupid (National Geographic), Baggage on the Road (GSN), and That Awkward Game Show (Spike).
