Over the past decades as a media executive, prolific producer, production company representative, consultant and talent representative, Rob Lee has been involved in just about every aspect of the entertainment industry. Presently, he is a partner at the production/management company Mainstay Entertainment. He is also the founder and owner of Bayonne Entertainment, where he produced such iconic unscripted shows from America's Best Dance Crew, The Millionaire Matchmaker, Blow Out to the award winning six-part premium documentary Enslaved with Samuel L. Jackson. Currently, he is in production on several new unscripted and scripted series for the major streaming platforms and networks.  

Throughout his career as a talent representative, Lee has worked with stars such as Trevor Noah, Roy Wood Jr., Tyra Banks, Eugenio Derbez, Britney Spears, Harvey Levin, Bernie Mac, and Whitney Houston- just to mention a few. Additionally, he also represented major production companies in the U. S. and all over the world. Some of his recent consulting clients include TMZ/Fox Alternative Studios, 3Pas Studios, Omnifilm Entertainment, and The White House Historical Association. 

Prior to Mainstay Entertainment, Lee was a senior packaging/talent agent at UTA, Head of Keshet Unscripted Worldwide Studios, producer/consultant for Zodiak Media and The Core Media Group, Worldwide Head of Television and Media for IMG, Partner at Elephant Walk Entertainment, Co-Head of Television for the William Morris Agency, and Head of Television for Triad Artists. Lee graduated Harvard College Magna Cum Laude and has a J. D. from Georgetown Law Center.
