Katherine Pond is Group Vice President at VIZIO, leading Platform Content & Partnerships. The organization includes the Business Development teams responsible for the distribution of third-party apps, IP licensing, and content acquisition as well as WatchFree+ Programming, Platform and Content Marketing, Software Product Marketing, Platform Insights & Analytics, and Platform Partnerships.

Since joining VIZIO in 2012, she’s initiated, negotiated, and closed deals across content distribution and acquisition, IP, advertising, and data verticals. Katherine has a history of building, growing, and monetizing new lines of business, including VIZIO’s WatchFree+. She leads the teams responsible for closing deals with Amazon, Apple, Disney, Google, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, SONY and more.

Katherine is passionate about the development and success of future generations, co-founding VIZIO’s Ascend Women’s Network and actively mentoring new talent in the streaming community.
