Harry Gamsu is Vice President, Creative, Format Development and Sales at Warner Bros. Film and Television Production. In his role he is responsible for relations between WBITVP’s international unit and the Warner Bros. US television production bases Warner Horizon, Telepictures and Shed. In the LA-Based position Harry is responsible for evaluating formats within the Warner Bros. back catalogue for international exploitation and format sales to Canada.
Harry previously served as Vice President, Non-Scripted Content Acquisitions at Fremantle, managing the US Content Acquisition team, working across factual and entertainment series such as How it Feels to be Free, After the Fyre and Project Runway. Prior to joining Fremantle, he held the position of VP Non-Scripted at Red Arrow Studios where he was responsible for sourcing unscripted IP for group producers and oversaw the rollout of formats such as Married at First Sight, Old Peoples Home for 4 Year Old’s and Buying Blind.
Following his graduation from the University of Cambridge, Harry began his career at London-based indie producer Shed Media before moving over to WBITVP to help acquire new formats.
Industry accolades include Real-screen ‘Factual Under 40’, Broadcast Magazine ‘Hot Shot’ and Edinburgh TV Fest ‘One’s to Watch’.
