Alex Iosilevich is a a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alignment Growth and serves on the firm's Investment Committee.

With over 25 years of experience in Media & Entertainment, Alex has been an investor, operator, and advisor to many of the industry's leading companies and entrepreneurs.  Before launching Alignment Growth, Alex was Head of Media Investment Banking at UBS and served on the firm's Equity Business Review Committee for the Americas.  He also co-founded Alignment Credit, a private-credit investment manager focused on emerging growth companies.

During his career as a senior investment banking executive at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays/Lehman Brothers, Alex led over 170 corporate finance and M&A transactions totalling $200 billion, and became one of the most prolific dealmakers and a strategic thought leader in the global video game sector. Earlier, Alex worked with Liberty Media, a diversified media company with holdings including Discovery Communications, QVC, Starz Encore, and UGC (predecessor to Liberty Global).

Alex currently serves as Director of Crunchbase and as a Board Observer at G.O.A.T. Studios and Build a Rocket Boy. Outside of Alignment Growth, Alex serves on the Board of Directors of Nexon Co., Ltd and the Investment Committee of NXC Corporation.

Alex earned Sc.D. and M.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
