David Graber is a highly strategic and innovative media executive with over 16 years of leadership, content monetization, and revenue growth experience. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Head of US Content Licensing at Warner Brothers Discovery, Graber has demonstrated a strong ability to guide global organizations through change and build progressive teams. His key responsibilities in this role include developing growth objectives and operational plans to achieve revenue targets across North America for digital licensing (SVOD and AVOD), cable, FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV), syndication, and airline strategy. Additionally, he serves as a strategic partner to external clients, delivering superior partnerships while also aligning Warner Brothers Discovery’s internal priorities with premium pricing and strategic goals.

Graber's notable career achievements include leading digital licensing strategy and operations with partners such as HBO/Max, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple, and Google. He has driven transformation through partnerships, special projects, and new licensing models, continually serving at the forefront of content evolution and steering organizations toward innovative revenue streams. Notably, Graber co-founded Spark WB, an internal incubator designed to invest in high-potential ideas and nurture creativity. In this capacity, he provided strategic updates and presentations to Warner Brothers’ then-CEO and internal teams. Recently, he expanded his skill set by graduating from Harvard Business School, completing an intensive five-month Executive Management Program.

Prior to his current role, Graber held various positions at Warner Bros., including Senior Vice President of Cable, SVOD, and Emerging Platforms Strategy and Distribution, where he managed US strategy for SVOD and led creative initiatives to partner with emerging AVOD marketplaces. His career path also includes roles at NBC Entertainment, William Morris Endeavor (WME), and The Stellar Group (CAA), where he gained extensive experience in business development, brand strategy, and talent management.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Graber is deeply committed to his family, including his wife Sarah and their two daughters, Charlotte, and Willow. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member for Teach for America in Los Angeles. Graber’s dedication to mentorship is evident through his ongoing executive mentorship roles at Warner Brothers and WME, where he invests in the growth and development of emerging talent.
